The Partnership for Productive Organizational Conflict is led by Dr. Debra Gilin Oore. It involves identifying and sharing best practices to addressing conflict in an organizational context.
The goal of the PPOC is to develop, cultivate, and share the most effective best practices in organizational conflict resolution. The partnership has developed a research-to-practice network to measure the impact of workplace conflict resolution programs on employee attitudes, engagement, and efficacy, and to disseminate best practices.
